In response to client demand Risk Mapping Online is teaming up with Thomas International to add a psychological / behaviourial profile to what is already the definitive online driver skills & knowledge assessment.

The new profile will become part of the existing Risk Map - and the reporting procedure will integrate both the skills assessment and the behavioural assessment in one.

In particular this will provide you with a clearer understanding of the ways in which your drivers are likely to use the skills that they have and consequently offer a more rounded picture of the individual you are risk assessing.

The new profile will be introduced as a menu option for drivers undertaking their risk assessment - so it can be done at the same time as the skills profile or later when they have more free time.  It is anticipated that the final question set will take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete - which means a complete RMO risk map would take just 60 minutes from start to finish.
